— Where is my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the FedEx tracking number and a link to the FedEx website where you will be able to check the location of the parcel.  

— How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Product is generally received 4-5 days from purchase date.  Please note that delivery days are business days and we do not offer Saturday or holiday delivery service.  Please note that these shipping timelines are only estimates and that once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be carrier delays that are outside of our control.  

— What are your shipping fees?

FedEx ground and USPS shipping is completely free of charge both ways.  If you choose to upgrade the shipping method to 2nd day or Next Day, please build your cart and begin checking out.  You may choose your shipping service level and we will provide a quote based on your specifications.  

— How do I amend or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for up to one hour from the time of your purchase, by contacting our Customer Care team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  If it is too late to cancel, you can still take advantage of our returns policy.

— How do I fulfill my prescription?

Unfortunately we do not offer prescription fulfillment at this time.

— How do I choose glasses that are the right fit?

On each product page on our site you will find a measurement guide that corresponds to each style.  Most of our frames have an average fit size of 46-49.  However, we do offer two styles with a mid range size that runs from 51-52.

— Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship within the continental US.  This means we are not able to ship to Mexico, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  We hope to be able to ship to all North America soon as well as internationally.

— Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time.

Care Instructions

Use the accompanying cleaning cloth or a similar gentle microfiber cleaning cloth for daily cleaning. Warm water can be used to remove most light stains or dirt from the frames. In the case of stronger dirt stains or make up caught in the pores of the material or laser engraved gripper pattern on the temple tip end, then please use a fine brush with warm water and a mild soap to clean the area. We do not recommend cleaning your frames with solvent-based detergents such as wind cleaning solutions.

All eyewear should be frequently cleaned and upkept to preserve their original characteristics and functionality. Your eyewear should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly under running water and dried with a soft cloth, usually provided with the glasses. We do not recommend wiping the lenses with a cloth while dry, since dust can be abrasive. To preserve the lenses and the frame, never lean your glasses upside-down and keep them in their case in a dry place when not used. Never leave your glasses under direct sunlight in a non-ventilated space since it will likely cause irreparable damage.

Return Policy

You have the ability to try your product(s) on at home, and send them back to us within 14 days - starting from the day of receipt – for a refund. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund of the frames if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them. Additional fees of Express delivery are non-refundable.

We offer returns for up to 10 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email indicating which frames you would like to return along with your order number and will we email you a return label. Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to show up on your credit card after the return has been received.

Once the products are received, we will refund your order. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you directly. If the package gets lost or is delayed, we may have to withhold the reimbursement until we receive confirmation that the products have been received. The order will be refunded using the same means of payment as your original purchase.

All ROSE & CO frames have a one year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacture defect.  Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear, and damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.  Warranty claims can only be made at the original place of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. The warranty does not cover lenses placed into ROSE & CO frames.  All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Packages without a return authorization number will be returned back to sender.
