To better protect your privacy, we provide this statement explaining our personal data practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This website is operated by Rose & Co (“Rose & Co”). By visiting our website (www.rose-co.us), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The Information We Collect

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain usage details about your device: web browser specifications, IP address, time zone and browsing data collected through cookies. As you browse our website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred, and information about how you interact with our website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

— “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are used to help the visitor’s browsing experience during their time on the website (ex: a cookie will remember items that are left in the shopping cart). Visitors can disable cookies through their web browser; however, aspects of the website may not function properly.

— “Log files” track actions occurring on our website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

— “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse our website.

We use third-party website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect information about visitor traffic: browsing behavior, referring/exit pages, conversion and device data. We use this information to enhance visitor experience on the website and to communicate with you.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our website, we collect “Order Information” from you: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

Please note: when we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referencing both Device Information and Order Information.

Additionally, we use this information to communicate with you; screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and when opted-in, we provide email marketing or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (ex: by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with our website and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
